Every business needs somebody...or you wouldn't be in business! Instead of thinking about the CUSTOMERS you need to be successful, think about businesses you could partner with either in your same area (i.e., the strip mall you office out of), same industry (i.e., another car salesman from your competitors lot), same focus (i.e., fitness and healthy eating result in improved health), or the TOTAL opposite!
Post some of the ideas you have, people you are looking for, and see what responses you receive...you never know what can evolve.
