The most influential person in my Mary Kay life is my Elite Executive Senior National Sales Director: Gloria Mayfield Banks. She has an amazing talent for asking questions that you are afraid to ask yourself and getting you to answer from the true core of your belief. Her encouragement and belief in me allows me to stretch beyond anything I would think possible in my personal business, and just the thought of her praise keeps me striving for my personal best!
